We ship internationally at a flat rate of 10.00 USD.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handmade and natural, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@cayherb.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit if the error was on our end.

Please Note:
• We do not accept returns on used products.
• We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery is confirmed.
