Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy

At CayHerb, we take pride in offering high-quality natural products made with care. Due to the nature of our skincare, wellness, and personal care items, we maintain the following policy:

No Cash Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash or card refunds.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, you will receive:

  • An exchange for another product of equal value, or

  • Store credit for future purchases.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Tinctures, powders, oils, or consumable items once opened

  • Clearance or promotional items
